Spanish cake like above only RM50 for 1kg , compare with many bakery
or Secret Recipe, it is very cheap and worth to eat. Due to my cake is
free, there is no decoration on top. The actual will have some
decoration white choc, strawberry and some almond as decoration.
Although the Jasmine Cakes owner said the cake is 1KG but when I take
on hand, it's very heavy and I'm sure it is >1KG. The cake exterior
seems nothing special and only full of choc but when we cut the cake,
wahlaaa.... it is a layer cake with top and bottom is brownies and
center is blue berry with Tiramisu. It's a special combination.
The brownies was not too hard or dry, it's very soft and not too
sweet. After 2-3 pieces, u still will feel want another one more
pieces. For the Tiramisu part, it's not as sour as cheese cake and
not really taste sweet, the sweet is came from the blueberry. But if
the Spanish Cake put in the fridge to cool it, the Tiramisu is little
cold cold and it make perfect match with the brownies with choc
topping.
I enjoy very much the spanish cake with accompany with a cup of coffee...haha~~
